Online payment thru Truist https://onlinepayments.truist.com/paymentservices/start.aspx Your Bill Pay account number can be found under Unit Information on the main page of the website. Serial Acct. and Unit # are the same, four zeros and your unit letter and number (ex: 0000S302).

Online payment through Victory Accounting Payment Portal Enumerate Engage (formerly Zego) https://engage.goenumerate.com/s/miramargarden/login.php. Setting up an account on Enumerate allows you to see your Miramar Garden Apartments account information.

Auto payment directly from your bank. Use your Bill Pay Account number found under Unit Information on the main page, to ensure proper posting to your account. If you use your banks payment system to send checks, please ensure adequate time for mailing and processing to avoid late fees.

Pay by check. Include the Association name: Miramar Garden Apartments Inc, your Bill Pay Account number which can be found under the Unit Information on the main page, and your unit number to include letter and unit number, (ex: S302).
